Wedding Direction $1500*

(Service performed by a Graceful Gatherings Associate Planner. Begins 4-6 weeks prior to your event)

This package is for couples getting married at ballroom/country club type venues where a full service catering team is already in place. A professional DJ/Emcee must also be booked to qualify for this package.

  • 1 Face to face consultation to discuss final details, vendor contract agreements, and to create your event itinerary.
  • Dress Rehearsal (Up to 1 hour).
  • Custom Event Timeline.

On the big day we will take care of:

  • Checking in vendors and receiving any deliveries.
  • Guide the set up of the ceremony and reception sites including décor and vendor set up.
  • Ensure that both the ceremony and reception run smoothly by cuing music, lining up the bridal party, and making sure things run according to schedule.
  • 2 team members there to assist with any last minute details or unexpected occurrences (up to 8 hours, additional hours available on an hourly basis).

Wedding Coordination $2500*
(Formerly called “Day Of Planning”. Begins 4-6 weeks prior to your event)

This package is designed for the couple who has already taken care of the planning of their wedding but would still like to be able to fully enjoy their special day by allowing us to take care of all the details on the day of the event.

This package includes everything listed in the Wedding Direction Package, plus:

  • 1-2 Additional consultations.
  • Dress Rehearsal (Up to 2 hours).
  • Custom Event Floorplan
  • Assistance with event set up & clean up.

Partial Planning $3500*

This package is designed for the couple that wants to be more
involved in the planning and already has a good idea of how they want
their day to look and flow. Graceful Gatherings can help you achieve the
look and feel you are dreaming of for your event. We can help book
the vendors you’ve been researching and make all your pinterest ideas
become a reality.

This package includes everything listed above in the both the direction and coordination package, plus:

  • 1-2 Additional consultations.
  • Attend final venue walk through.
  • Custom vendor & venue recommendations based on your needs, wants and budget.
  • Assistance with creating or establishing a theme and/or color pallet.
  • Attend final dress & tux fittings
  • Confirmation and final payments to all vendors.
  • Assistance with event set up & clean up.
  • Assistance in finding and selecting ideal venue(up to 3 tours) .
  • Be there to assist with any last minute details or unexpected occurrences (up to 10 hours, additional hours available on an hourly basis).

The Whole Shebang! $5000*

Don’t lift a finger! Let Graceful Gatherings take care of every
detail to make your wedding day unforgettable and stress free. We will
take care of everything from choosing the perfect vendors, designing an
event to suit your personal style, and be there for your every need from
start to finish.

This package includes everything listed in the direction, coordination, and partial packages plus;

  • 1-2 additional meetings with the event planning team.
  • Custom vendor & venue selection based on your needs, wants and budget.
  • Make arrangements for gifts, guest book, and any other mementos for the couple to keep after the wedding.
  • Attend  final vendor meetings and dress/tux fittings.
  • Complete event set up & clean up.
  • 3 team members for up to 14 hours of service on the big day (additional hours available on an hourly basis).

The Elite Planning Package!

This package is limited to only a few couples per year as it requires extensive, time knowledge and expertise to complete.

This package includes everything listed in all the other packages plus;

  • Custom Invitation Design & Mailing Service(does not include  printing or postage).
  • Unlimited calls, emails, texts to the event planning team.
  • Rehearsal dinner planning & assistance.
  • Complimentary hotel room blocking service.
  • Attend  all vendor meetings and dress/tux fittings.
  • Budgeting Assistance.
  • Guest list management.
  • 3 team members for unlimited hours on the big day.

*All party pricing varies based on complexity of event, menu selections, rental items, etc. Events with more than 100 guests require additional day of staff. Estate weddings, holiday weddings, and weddings outside our travel radius, weddings with more than one location, as well as destination weddings may incur additional costs.
